Ayubowan Canterbury

Ayubowan Canterbury is dedicated to celebrating and sharing Sri Lankan heritage and culture with the Canterbury community and also entertain the Canterbury Sri Lankan community to make them feel like here is a home away from home.

About the presenters:

Ayubowan! Kia ora! I am Himasha Gunasekara (she/her), a Sri Lankan PhD student and I am Ranmalee (she/her), a Masters student at Canterbury University. We both enjoy the cultural diversity in New Zealand and experiencing new adventures in our lives. We love being responsible members in the community and use our talents to support the well-being of the community.
